The residential complex is located near a park and a pine forest, located on the highest upland of the northern part of town of Veliko Tarnovo. It offers excellent views of the town and the mountain around. It is situated in the boundaries of the existing urban plan in the district. The contemporary exterior is made of wooden façade products and glass surfaces, which let the impressive view to enter the apartments.
The project consists of two residential blocks connected by two lower bodies provided for public services - private kindergarten and indoor pool with spa areas.
There is an indoor parking on two levels providing parking for residents and visitors to the commercial areas.
In the center, there is a yard with а green hill made of different trees and flower species, and a children’s play area, aiming to create a cozy and peaceful place to relax.
